With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources with various companies such as ADP, Ceridian, Texaco, Willis and CenturyLink, Sharon has taken her passion for Human Resources Technology and Voice-over services and co-founded Virtuosity Consulting with her sister Lisa. Her experience as a Business Analyst, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager, Product Manager, Sr. Benefits Administrator and HRIS Consultant, has provided her with extensive knowledge of HRIS implementations and HR consulting services. Sharon has served as an HRIS consultant to various companies and specializes in SuccessFactors implementations.
Additionally Sharon has used her distinctive voice to provide E-Learning narration, and voicemail voice-overs. She loves narrating books and serving as the Mistress of Ceremonies for community and corporate events.
Sharon attended Mercer University where she received her Masters degree (MBA) in Human Resources and her Bachelor's degree (BS) in Marketing from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She holds her license as a SAP Certified Application Associate-SAP Success Factors Performance and Goal Management. Sharon is also a certified SuccessFactors Expert Administrator.
Sharon is an active member of her community and chairs the Northeast Louisiana Science Technology and Math (STEM) Program and plays and active role in the youth dance performing arts program.

As a Human Resources Consultant, Lisa provides strategic Human Resources consulting services to clients by creating and developing human resources models in alignment with the organization’s needs,
She has held progressive leadership positions for Fortune 500 companies such as SunTrust Service Corporation, Texaco Oil Company and served as Vice President Human Resources for Delta Air Lines Global Services. Lisa’s areas of expertise include HR compliance, health and wellness, compensation, talent acquisition/management, diversity & inclusion, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, employee relations, HRIS technology, mergers and acquisitions, training and development.
As a certified Health and Wellness Coach Lisa is responsible for building and implementing strategies that facilitate lifestyle change that positively impacts health and well-being. She promotes Health Equity and also partners with non-profit organizations to develop health and career coaching strategies designed for economic mobility and self-sufficiency. Lisa lives by the philosophy that wellness encompasses a healthy body, a sound mind and tranquil spirit.
